Multiverse .pan is one of the very first adaptations of Multiverse. This installation has been conceived with the goal of preserving the system of mirroring surfaces that characterized the original installation, but in a slightly simpler setting: instead of hanging the mirrors above the vertically-shaped projection, for Multiverse .pan the reflecting surfaces are installed on the sides. Creating a recess, an area that engulfs the viewers, the installation also produces a sense of immersion in the space, also allowing for a stronger, more defined sound design. Despite the different setting, the ultimate goal of the narration remains the same: enhancing the perception of reality and attempting to encompass the surrounding environment, suggesting an expansion beyond the physical boundaries of the venue, projecting itself and the observers into an infinite void.

Multiverse .pan premiered at Signal Festival in October 2019 inside the wonderful Mirror Chapel in the heart of Prague. The installation was a huge success, and recorded more than 9000 visitors in just 4 days.
It has also been installed at the National Museum of China in Beijing in November 2019, as part of the prestigious 'AS-Helix: Art and Science Integration in the Age of Artificial Intelligence' exhibition. On the occasion, it received the ‘Wu Guanzhong Art and Science Innovation Award’ by Tsinghua University.
